HOW MUCH DO YOU COST?
It is best when requesting a quote to provide us with as much information as possible.
As each event is different we take into account the duration of the set required and the location of the event when providing you with a quote.
For events located within the UK that are a considerable distance away from London we may have to include travel costs and/or accommodation costs, so this will largely depend your budget and where your event is being held.
For events outside the UK - travel & accommodation costs will be applied.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE QUOTED PRICE?
The quote is inclusive of all extra costs such as travel and VAT, unless stated otherwise.
HOW DO I BOOK THE DUO?
Have a read through our terms & conditions before you confirm your booking and if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.
Once you have received your quote and you are happy to go ahead and book us.
Step 1 - Booking Details - we will require some final details from you via our booking information form. You will need to fill this in and return to us either via post or email. This form includes details such as; your contact information, the performance times, special requirements and so on.
Step 2 - Deposit - once you are happy with all the arrangements and have checked the information contained in the booking form. A small deposit is payable within 5 days to secure the date of the event. Dates are offered on a first come first serve basis.
Step 3 - Booking Confirmation - You will be sent written the confirmation of your booking, a receipt for your deposit along with a booking agreement (this should be checked, signed and returned to us within 7 days)
Step 4 - Final Payment - The remaining balance is payable by cash on the date of the event or by cheque or bank transfer at least 14 days before the event.
*Please Note - if you have booked us for your wedding or civil ceremony and wish to pay on the day, we would prefer the couple not be inconvenienced with this task & interrupt your special day with business - so please try to delegate this task in advance to a family member, best man, maid of honour or any other helpful soul to do this in your place.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes - this is set at 20% of your quoted price. Once you have filled in your booking details your deposit must be paid within 5 days in order to secure your date.
WILL I NEED TO SIGN A BOOKING AGREEMENT?
Some events may require this. The booking agreement will have details of the engagement; the date of the event, the duration of set and the agreed price. This is to protect both you as "the client" and to protect "the artiste" against last minute cancellations.
